My coaching will cover guidance to various aspects of your life. From ideal foods, portions, exercise, personal development and what’s important for YOU! We will break everything down into bite-size chunks that are easily understood. Habits that reinforce all of these elements are also reviewed, in order to make these changes sustainable!

Health coaching provides the right SYSTEM, right SUPPORT and right ACCOUNTABILITY to ensure you reach your health and wellness goals. Becoming a Health Coach came about for me after going through my own struggles with depression, adult acne, Psoriasis, body dysmorphia issues, low self esteem and confidence. I left Melbourne Australia in March 2012 after realizing my excessive drinking, smoking and partying habits were causing my depression. It was time to go and discover who I really was and create a healthier more empowered life for myself.
I moved to Toronto, Canada April 2012 on my own with just two suitcases and a blank canvas. I wasn’t sure what my life was going to look like but I knew what I didn’t want. Leaving that place was the best decision I have ever made (Melbourne is awesome! I definitely mean my headspace).
I trusted the universe and dove in! I quit smoking, cut back on drinking, changed my diet, increased my exercise, made friends with super awesome healthy people and started going after for what was important to me! Did I mention fell in LOVE with the most amazing supportive man in the whole world? (I swear when you stop looking they find you!) By creating change in my world I knew my purpose was to help women do the same.
Kerrie helped me pinpoint what my health goals are, figure out what works for me, what motivates me as well as overcome personal obstacles. I now have many more tools and knowledge to care for myself and meet any challenges.
